Enter the Cast of Characters and Chronology of the Case
These are databases that can populated during the first meetings with your client.  Input the names, positions and relationships of all the people pertinent to the case.  Develop a chronology of what happened, when it happened and if it is a disputed event.  Color code the events if they are positive or negative to your case.
