Support
It is our goal for our
students to utilize these software packages to their
fullest potentials. To that end, we offer
several ways to provide ongoing support:
Remote
Support
We offer free remote support to our students for the
first 60 days after at least one day of on-site training. This gives
them time for practical experience while providing a
"safety net." This may be provided
over the phone or over the web. The
web offers our clients the ability to share
each other's screens so we can see what they see on
their PC. This helps immensely in
trouble-shooting scenarios.
After the initial 60
days, we charge an hourly rate, billed in 15-minute
increments, with a 30-minute minimum per occurrence.
It is payable by credit card for new or existing
clients; existing clients can be invoiced if
desired. Prepaid retainers can also be
arranged.

Summation Technical Support
Occasionally, we will need to refer you to CT
Summation's Tech Support at 800-786-2778. Many
times, we can help set up the situation with the
technicians before you call. This service is
provided only if your annual maintenance with CT
Summation is current.
