Our training philosophy is simple: people learn best by doing.  Whenever possible, we want our students to follow our lead.  Most of our classes are on-site, with each student having a PC to follow what we show and do.  

CUW LitSupport tailors its training to fit your needs, not ours.  We spend time with you to determine the audience, work responsibilities & schedules, urgency and other factors that make your situation unique.  We offer a variety of ways, as shown on the right, to train on your software so that you get maximum utilization.

Formal Training
Our "traditional", firm-based training.  Hands-on training is provided in a class of six or less for a firm that has purchased Summation.  

Training is normally accomplished in half-day segments to minimize workforce absence and maximize retention (Basic Training is two (2) segments).   This also allows you to select segments that are appropriate for your employees' job responsibilities and  the way your firm handles the work flow.  Of course, we will work with you to best accommodate your needs.

We train either at your site, or ours, in a projector-led, classroom environment.  The classroom environment is preferred because it reduces distractions. 

Class size is from two (2) to six (6) students.  This allows us to give you the most personalized training possible.

JustInTime^SM Training
Many times, there are just specific aspects of Summation you or your firm may need training or help with.  JustInTime provides you with a pre-paid block of hours providing you with the help you need, when you need it.  

With schedules the way they are, sometimes a formal classroom session is just not practical.  JustInTime  is based on a "just-in-time, just-enough" philosophy where we can deliver you the knowledge and help you need as your schedule permits.  This is typically done at your location; additional charges may apply if performed off-site. 

As we do with all training, we'll spend time with you to determine the audience, work responsibilities & schedules, urgency and other factors that make your situation unique.  You can utilize JustInTime for:

• Individual training;
• Case Planning sessions;
• Form creation and editing;
• Tips and tricks sessions; and the like.

This one-on-one training is delivered via a pre-paid block of hours (four hours minimum).  These blocks are invoiced and paid before services rendered.  This does not include any possible travel expenses that may be required.  It does not include any Formal Training.

Web-Based Training
We offer live, interactive training over the web.  This can be customized, individual training, or scheduled training open to all.  No extra software is needed on your part!  Simply sign up and pay for the class and we will send you information on how to join us!
